tajbee Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using This Platform

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "You") and tajbee (hereinafter referred to as "tajbee", "the Platform", "We", or "Us"). To be eligible to use tajbee, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are aged 21 years or above;
• You are a natural person (corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold accounts);
• You have not previously had a tajbee account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms or any other policy of the platform;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of tajbee, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion arrangement or a third-party exclusion order that would prohibit your access to gambling services;
• You are registering and using the platform genuinely for personal entertainment purposes and not for the purposes of money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity.

tajbee conducts age and identity verification checks as part of the account registration process and at any subsequent point at the platform's reasonable discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation when requested will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any withdrawals until verification is completed. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the payment method used to make the original deposit, subject to anti-fraud procedures.

3.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) tajbee account. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing account restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal details provided at registration — including your full name, date of birth, and registered mobile number — are accurate and kept up to date. Changes to your registered personal details must be submitted to tajbee support for verification and approval.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. tajbee will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your tajbee account that is not used on any other website or service;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify tajbee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

tajbee accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — will be treated as your responsibility unless and until tajbee is notified of a security breach and has taken action to restrict the account.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your tajbee account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no withdrawal restrictions are in place. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tajbee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other locally supported mobile financial services and bank transfer options as may be added or removed from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on tajbee is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within your account panel and may vary by payment method. tajbee reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time and will communicate any material changes to active players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification. Verified withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment service provider. tajbee reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where a transaction is flagged for additional security review. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name and was used to make a prior deposit to your account.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to deposit funds using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment credentials constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities. tajbee will cooperate fully with any law enforcement or regulatory investigation arising from suspected financial fraud. Accounts involved in fraudulent transaction activity will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentive offers made available on tajbee are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general provisions of these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. tajbee reserves the right to void bonus balances and any associated winnings where there is evidence that a player has exploited promotional offers in bad faith, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, the use of low-risk or hedged betting strategies designed to extract bonus value, or any form of collusion with other players.

5.3 Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses and unused bonus balances expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus balances will be automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated. Real-money account balances are not affected by bonus expiry.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All sports bets placed on tajbee are accepted subject to the applicable sports betting rules for the relevant market. tajbee reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet exceeds the applicable stake limit for that market; the odds were displayed erroneously due to a technical fault; the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed; or there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, or any other form of corrupt activity.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned to the player's account in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the applicable settlement threshold is reached; the market is suspended at the time the bet instruction is received; or a palpable error in odds is identified and confirmed by the tajbee trading team. Void bets do not count towards wagering requirements.

6.3 Casino and Live Casino

All casino and live casino games available on tajbee are operated by certified third-party software providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. 6.4 Disconnection Policy

tajbee does not accept liability for losses arising from disconnection, latency, or device failure during an active game session. tajbee's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your tajbee account in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by tajbee's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall in the first instance be referred to tajbee's customer support team for resolution. tajbee commits to investigating all formally submitted complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to communicating its findings and proposed resolution in writing.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body. tajbee will cooperate fully with any such process and will comply with any binding determination issued.
